  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of high order volume or delays, processing may take longer. If this happens, we will notify you by email or SMS.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

For India

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or festivals.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight/size of products

  • Current courier rates

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The shipment may be delayed or returned

  • Additional reshipment charges may apply

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos/videos of the product and packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@VibeDistictt.com

We will investigate with the courier and update you.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (if applicable)

  • COD availability depends on your pin code.

  • Refusal to accept COD packages may result in restriction of future COD services.

  • Fake/invalid COD orders will be cancelled.

If you don’t offer COD, I can modify this section accordingly.


10. Change or Cancel Shipping After Order

Once the order has been shipped:

  • Address changes are not guaranteed

  • Cancellation may not be possible
